These terms cover your use of SalahSafe. Using the app means you accept them.
SalahSafe is a tool to help you pray on time and protect that time from your phone. It supports your practice. It does not replace scholarly guidance, and no part of it is a religious ruling.
Prayer times are computed from your location and the calculation method and madhab you choose. Methods differ, and so do local conventions. Where precision matters, check your local mosque. We do not warrant that a calculated time is correct for your situation.
The Fajr alarm and app blocking depend on permissions you grant and on how iOS behaves, and iOS can stop either of them. A powered-off phone rings no alarm, from any app. Do not rely on SalahSafe where a missed alarm or a blocked app could cause harm — for medical needs, emergency contact, driving, or work where you must be reachable.
SalahSafe Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. The lifetime purchase does not renew. The Quran, Qibla, tasbih, duas and the Fajr alarm remain free and are not part of the subscription.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase ourselves.
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under it. Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or misuse the service, and do not use it to harm others.
Quranic text, translations and hadith are reproduced from established published sources and are provided for personal reading. We take accuracy seriously; if you find an error, report it and it will be corrected.
Features that depend on the internet may be unavailable if a third-party service is down. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app, including a missed prayer, a missed alarm, or a blocked notification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may change as the app changes. The updated date above will change, and continuing to use SalahSafe means you accept the current version.
